Franck is a serial innovator and entrepreneur who moved from a Futures background in France and Italy and embraced the global FX markets. After founding a Dublin based NYBOT Exchange member in 1995, he embarked with a series of innovations: an electronic FX Futures EFP exchange in 1999, a Spot-FX Matching platform in 2002, a separate IT company with multiple FX focused technology solutions running at Tier-1 Banks around the world. He is a strong advocate for Futures-inspired centralised clearing models and believes in making FX markets more efficient, secure and accessible.
